Nieuwe marktstrategie Point-7

Initiating from September 2010, Point-7 will move away from supporting a 12month product cycle and in the future launch new sails and model updates, exclusively based on product improvement and market demand.

This will mean than any sail model can remain, for a period longer than 12 months, without undergoing any optical or structural changes. Point-7 will base their new and updated product releases solely on true structural development. Not new marketing gimmicks or facelifts to earlier sail models, but a development program that will allow the end user to experience the real difference and progress achieved.

Only Point-7’s AC-1 slalom and formula sail will continue to be developed and upgraded every year for the forthcoming racing seasons.

This new strategy is intended promote intense development in new products as well as to ensure the value of its products.
