TWS (Tenerife Windsurf Solutions) Slalom aanbod voor Pro en Amateur!
Tenerife staat vooral bekend om de mooie wavespots in het zuiden met El Cabezo als strijdtoneel voor de PWA wavetour elke zomer, maar steeds meer slalom surfers weten ook hun weg te vinden naar dit Canarische eiland. Tenerife Windsurf Solutions speelt een grote rol in het promoten van slalommen in de baai voor het centre. TWS is gevestigd in El Médano waar het hele jaar door in shorty gesurft kan worden met een stevige wind op meer dan de helft van de dagen.
TWS Slalom stages en Group deal
In de wintermaanden trekt een grote groep PWA Slalom surfers naar de baai van El Médano om zich op de slalombaan voor te bereiden op het aankomende seizoen. In deze clip kun je echter zien dat het ook een perfect spot is om met een paar vrienden rond te knallen. Op het nieuwste materiaal van North Sails en Fanatic kun je elke dag genieten van het warme water en de harde wind. Omdat het TWS centre vol ligt met het nieuwste slalom en wave materiaal kun je simpelweg een ticket boeken en met een paar vrienden genieten van de perfect service in het centre.
Sinds kort werkt Tenerife Windsurf Solution ook samen met Apartments Medano waardoor ze goede deal kunnen maken voor zowel accommodatie als materiaal huur. TWS Pro Slalom Training
Voor de PWA Pro of ervaren Slalom wedstrijdsurfer heeft TWS het volgende Pro Slalom Training aanbod (in het Engels).
Already in a bit more then a month we’ll start another season of the TWS Pro Slalom Training! We’re very excited as last years season produced a PWA world champ: Matteo Iachino. To warm you up we made a little check list from what to expect this winter in El Medano, Tenerife!
Early start
We’re starting a bit earlier this year, we have some young riders or guys that are depending on holidays and we’re willing to offer them a training stage during the Christmas holidays. Already quite some guys signed up and it looks like training will already be ON from 19th December!
Busy February
Every single year it looks like February is a populair month! It’s been busy in the last seasons and also in 2017 it looks like the race course will be filled up. So if you haven’t signed up yet we recommend you to do it soon ;-) And of course January and March are offering the same training facilities!
Keep pushing the level
We’re always willing to improve our training and so we’ll make some small changes again or upcoming season. We’ll extend our race course with another jibe, by adding a finish line instead of jibing finish we’re trying to push the guys for one extra jibe every race. As the course gets longer we’ll reduce the amount of races to 15 races a day.
Before we were always pushing for 20 races, but only a small amount of riders were capable of finishing 20 races a day during 4 days a week. With 15 races we hope to create more quality instead of quantity for everybody.
Besides that we’re always open to listen to riders and improve on more points.
Last minute March
We’ll be training until the very last day of March, with the PWA expected to start in April you can take your Tenerife rhythm straight on tour and start fully warmed up.
Drone
Last but not least of course our drone will be out there again to make some great shots.
We’re looking forward to it and hope to see you in the winter! Either out training on our race course or enjoying your holiday in the TWS centre.
